The Power of Positive Thinking


There seems to be a lot of articles in the press at the moment about Hypnosis. The Independant have publish an article on the power of positive thinking which I suppose you could say is closely linked to the subject. In fact, I'm currently working on an audio course related to positive thinking and self-hypnosis called Inspire Your Life. The course is designed to install goals and dreams into your subconcious mind. BBC's Alternative Therapies Show Features Hypnotherapy


BBC2 showed the first in a series of programmes last night called Alternative Therapies. Last night's show demonstrated the use of Hypnosis for a variety of different problems. The programme can be seen on BBC iPlayer if you missed it:

Making Changes Can Be Easy!

It is often hard to conciously change unhelpful or dangerous habits in our lives- We know we shouldn't do the habit and conciously want to stop, but then carry on. That's because the subconcious mind has decided that the habit is useful to us in some way.

It seems that lately more and more celebrities are becoming non-smokers using Hypnotherapy.

Lily Allen decided to try hypnotherapy for her smoking habit after her success with weight loss using it.
