Hello and welcome to my website for Hypnotherapy in Essex!

This website has been designed to give you an insight into Hypnosis as a theraputic tool and how it can help you to achieve your desired outcome whether it be to stop smoking, lose weight, overcome a phobia or any other change that you wish to make in your personal life.

My Essex based Hypnotherapy practice is based in Great Dunmow close to the Hertfordshire/Essex border with easy access from the M11 and the A120. I currently work in this practice on Saturdays and Sundays while working the majority of the week in London.
